We all have our secret dreams, the ones we are too afraid to tell others about because we know they would just laugh or tell us we’re crazy. However, do you also laugh at yourself and tell yourself you’re crazy for having these dreams? Do you discount some of your dreams because you don’t think they’re worth the risk?
Your Dreams are Worth the Risk
It’s one thing to have childhood dreams that you have since lost interest in, but how about those dreams that never quite left you? Do you still imagine ‘what if’?
If you still think about and imagine what it would be like if you had pursued some of your dreams, then they are definitely still worth the risk of pursuing them if you can. The reason they’re still in your mind is because you haven’t let go of the hope of one day achieving them. So instead of always wondering, don’t you think it’s worth the risk of trying?
What is a dream that is still in your mind? Is there any way to pursue, or at least explore, it? Take some time and think about the dream. Give it your attention and just entertain the idea of it instead of always pushing it aside. Is there any part of it that you can start working toward?
Write down what it would take to make this dream happen. There’s risk with anything big we pursue, so ask yourself, is this dream worth the risk? Are you willing to take the risk to see what happens? One way or another, your mind will not rest until it has resolution. So by addressing the dream directly, you can decide if it’s still worth wondering about, or if it’s indeed worth the risk in pursuing.
I have the courage and motivation to pursue my dreams.
Please share your own experience. What is a dream that is still in your mind? Are you prepared to take the risk to find out what happens? What’s holding you back? Let’s all help each other on our journeys by motivating and supporting each other.
Keep having the courage to walk through those doors, and have an awesome day!
